D\u00e4r kan vi frig\u00f6ra oss fr\u00e5n on\u00f6diga sp\u00e4nningar och f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till v\u00e5r energi, bli lite piggare. Du kommer inte att bli svettig men kan f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk eftersom vi st\u00e4rker flera viktiga muskler i kroppen som kanske inte tr\u00e4nas tillr\u00e4ckligt i vanliga fall.<\/p>\n<p>Vi l\u00e4gger mycket fokus p\u00e5 medveten n\u00e4rvaro och andning. D\u00e4rigenom n\u00e5r vi avslappning, kommer ner i varv och sl\u00e4pper dagens stress.
